My nephew, who is a house dj, approached me with the suggestion to start a house-music project. this is the first experiment. my nephew takes the role of producer and i compose and mix the track, although we're planning to involve other musicians in the future. it's still a rough draw, the beginning isn't finished and i still need a bridge between the main keyboard theme and it's repetiton with a synth-line. it's got dance, disco, deep-house and a little bit of jazz influences. there's a bit of a discussion going on between us wether or not we should keep the guitar and vocals. i want to keep them, my nephew wants to lose the guitar and remove or change the vocals. i'd like to hear your opinion on that.
yeah nice track, cool singing and feel the jazz influences, maybe a little more "nuances" in the "clap" when you make breaks, maybe try a snare drum for that, but it's a nice track, anyway ;) PS: If you could comment and also give me suggestions for my new track on ebel http://www.electrobel.be/muzik/25421/Grippa_mexico it's a house-trance-electro composition and it's not finished yet, I wait for Suggestions :P
really cool groove, like it a lot :) the jazz in it is great, but i don't like the clap, sounds too plastic like this style of house good job
