yep,pretty good. (just one thing;for your main snare,you shlould try to use also a 8-bit kinda snare...you know,one that goes Kshshs! or Pshsh! Cuz its too non-8bit sounding.)
Nice one! Emotive melody, simple dn'b beat but very efficient. I agree with Skip the snare don't sound enough cheap ^^.

hèhè volleyfire one of my favourite Gameboy games!! used to play that till my thumbs were sore. I always liked the music too. for the snare, use bitcrusher vst to give it an 8-bit feel.
I prefer the last version. The beat is less powerfull. You need to add more bass. (Just my opinion)
