reminds me of third eye foundation (the start of the song). I would get rid of the pieces where the is no music played. Although. i get your point why you do that. Somehow i hear also some influence from boards . great fx work on that drums. maybe play a bit around with the panning, could give some great results. Maybe there is still some room for a high synth, up to you... overall: ace track
a few more intresting elements could be welcome ... nice style .. i like long pads with drumkit ^^
very nice track, lot of sounds, darkish, as I appreciate... i should listen once more at home but it seems indeed it could be better with a additional processing... more of this!
cheers for the comments so far :) and yap you r right erophin.. needs a new mix sometime.. but usually lack of computerhorsepower is bit of a problem to finish lot of tracks properly (till i get a new pc), newer stuff is bit more evolved as well ;) and if u like the long atmospheric pads and drumbreaks i think u will like the album when it gets finished ^^
