The sample is a guy reading the synopsis of a hypnosis of someone who claimed he was abducted by aliens. The music is a tiny part of a Erik Satie song (hence the songtitle, because I'm not sure Satie would like this kind of molestations of his wonderful songs ;) ) put through some filters, stretched out, and reversed. There's also some vocals & guitars.
