190 bpm mix of experimental/breakcore/glitch/ambient Made this song for my GIP. it's supposed to be a suporive song for my artwork. The song symbolises the human drive for self destruction. Tell me if i managed to create this feeling ;)
It's a décollage (check wikipedia for more info) made up entirely with posters from core, tek & dnb parties (the more underground styles) which i then systematically teared down so the painting underneat all the layers of posters was visible. the point is to suggest the self destruction of our post modern generation under all the layers of parties. the painting underneath is also a skull (symbolism for death) so the message is clear :) i'll upload a photo of the artwork after my presentation (which is this friday), also made a supportive movie and some textual artwork. it's a pretty massive project, worked on it for 4 months or so.

thx everybody, will try to work on making it better and a little less glitch (the reason for all the glitch is to really emphase on the chaos and madness that accompanies the self destruction) was also the first time i used a fruity original drumloop, personally i think it suites the song, tried to switch it with an amen break or just a basic break but it didn't quite work as well as with this drumloop. For the rest if anyone else has some good (practical) tips then please... share it ^^ Laterz!
heavy on the fruity drums ;), iv'e used them too once, but nevertheless it sounds a bit too reconisable. maybe try to change the sound of them or drop them in the fruity slicer and chop it good the rest is nice. I like the piano. keep up

indeed, i could do that, still have a month to finish so should be able to do it. and yes the glitch is so obvious but that was also the purpose ^^
glitch vst is too obvious here,but I dont believe your teachers would mind :)) Nice compo. man, euh...selfdestruction...it could have much harsher/harder parts with buildups until a big Bigbang...with what happens after the destruction...(you go to heaven or hell? or something) and put that feeling as an outro of you track...
cool track, good soundtrack i think nice beats too but the sound needs some more work indeed, offcourse you decide :)
