hehe... i was thinking of trying the music concrète contest but realised i didn't hav a mic. so i decided to make it even harder... i just opened ableton and recorded the unpluging of my headphone jac from the line in of my soundcard... thats the only sound i used, the rest id efx. it is quite boring and long i know... will work some longer with this technique maybe the results will be somewhat better.

well i recorde unplugging 4 or 5 times... what i used alot is the WARP function in ableton. the more 'melodic' part is one 'pop' stretched to one measure and transposed to different notes in clip enveloppe....
i listened to it yesterday but couldn't find the song on ebel to tell you that i really liked it :) hell yeah :)
I used the same kind of trick for Traum, a Sicktronic song. Brought it first through a Marshall guitar amplifier though, yummie!
