When you walk and talk in De Pinte, you won't find somebody more funny than bart laureys. This song is dedicated to the most hilarious ex-librarian ever!!!! Though the theme of the song isn't about librarians, it's about loneliness in the big cloverfields of human creativity. I saw the movie cloverfield and although I think the story, the actors and the characters in the movie really suck big time, it left me with a strange feeling, about destruction, isolation and the purpose of finding your second half. and off course, bart laureys! lyrics: the whole town is on the run for something rather odd, we think we are so beautiful but we are stonecold, an ancient spell of bitterness has struck this soul parade and sent it on a silly quest for selfish serenades. I still can't find real solace, we're running back and forth, eaten alive by strangers of the most uncommon sort, chaotic circus on the loose, no points of reference, do we know which path we have to choose? does it make any sense? ...and then I wake up in these cloverfields, the only thing I know is that I want you.
