i love those classic elements i really do :p tried to set kind of a mood at the beginning and then suddenly break it.... yeah, whatever, it's still a work in progress. fire away with those comments and tell me what you think... ...even if you closed the player or skipped to the next track within 5 seconds :p enjoy!!
the lead sound resembles bagpipes a bit... giving this sometimes a celtic vibe. I love Celtic. The second part is less to my likes. The percussion is too erratic for me, the end too sudden. resume: very promissing first part, screwed up in the second. I would love to hear that first part getting more worked out as a full song.
@ reaman: i think i get what you mean :) to be honest: i actually had an idea for the first part and started on that. at a given moment i did not know what to do next en suddenly (after some inspirationless screwing around) i came up with the second part. i thought it completely broke the mood, but for some reason that is what i like about it. for the percussion: i've only recentlyy started experimenting with percussion like that (read: discovered the slicer in Live) and i know i still have a lot of work so thx for the comment on that cheers!
nice, I like the classic style but.... still some serious work on this I think...I'm gonna listen to some others of your songs
