started on this track while i was thinkig about the nice day i had with my new girlfriend... so lets say this is dedicated to her :) again i tried to experiment a lot with melody etc... i even put aside my principals and used presets and stuff dont think its finished already...i dont know why...but i kinda miss something.. anyway... hope you enjoy! cheers EDIT: did some minor mixing details, added a couple of accents here and there and worked a bit on the melo of the bass :) cheers
nice, but i'am not totally convinced of the bass, especially the melo, but that would be taste i guess... i enjoyed it nonetheless cool sounds too about 2:30 i think, very beautiful classical elements too
Really good one. Nice pizzicato and strings. Perhaps the rytmic is alittle bit repetitive but you mad an ambient track so that's normal.
@ Rag: yeah, about the bass, kinda share the feeling there, personnaly i'm also have my doubts about it, maybe put some work on that later on... ow yeah, the cool sounds: those are the presets i was talking about :p @ Tomastar: its indeed a bit repititive, but as you said: its ambient. when working on the track i tried to put some variation there but then i decided to put more focus on the sounds of my strings and their melo @ everyone: thx for the positive feedback :)
I would try to experiment in the evolution of the composition/harmony. its the one thing I would miss Idd also make it somewhat happy'er.
@ skip: yeah, i get what you say when experimenting with the harmony and such, some what later this week maybe :) making it more happy: not really wanna go in that direction, wanted to make something romantic and my feelings says i dont wanna make it more happy or something, but hell, we cant argue taste right :)
indeed we can not, or we can but its an neverending discussion. and all respect to the purpose of the track man, nice :)) ow and the happy thing;indeed if romantic is the main goal... ...hm, romantic music...not easy...nice challenge...
