"rather" happy? lol sounds like a circus theme :) Actually this would be very fitting as background music for those sketch-programmes kinda like Candid Camera, or Tranche De Rire, stuff like that. It really has a funny sound. Better title would be Waltzing In Like I Own The Circus :D
