Well it may sound as one the world's biggets cliches (hey maybe a new topic?), but I like to wander around in the open thinking about memories long gone, that is how I get ideas and the inspiration to work out my music...

I mostly do something completely diverent. Something very nervebreacking or borring. That always leads me to making audio or video.

and how about others emotions? personally i get better results when i feel down. music is the outlet for bad emotions. it's like i can concentrate better when i have stuff on my mind.

I dont really know were im gettin my inspiration of. But important for me is life! Dont sit down, do some sport, have a good conversation, have wild sex, and reach something you wanted to reach. you have that train that exitpoint of your body to express.

Mostly it starts with a small idea (10% inspiration) and then it becomes something along the way(90% transpiration) :D

Movies can give me a start or some strange real life thing that happens to me or friends.

I think inspiration is a moment when I make music and some sort a sound or seq. I have it. But the next day/or moment it's gone.

:D so when you have got inspiration be sure you have got a instrument inreach.

depends. sometimes i m just messing with an instrument (be it guitar, piano, synth, drummachine or whatever) and some sound/meolody triggers my creativity. or sometimes i have a predefined idea of what kind of sound/mood i want to achieve with a new track. usually that s when i m inspired by listening to other music.
