basically they organised a free party in a field without asking the owners authorisation or the authorities either.

result : besides the fact some people almost got hurt, the cops found them and stopped the party. the owner pressed charges and so in decembre they'll go to court ...

what i find funny is a user asking "que reproche exactement le proprio du site??? "

Well jemenfish, if ya don't understand properly french and you don't really know what we are talking about, DON't SPEAK or tourne 7 fois ta langue dans ta bouche avant de l'ouvrir, we didn't fucked up the first party and it was'nt even our first party, we are making free parties in the north of france for the last 5 years man.

the things is one guy from each soundsystem (arythmetyk, botanik) is going to court coz of the last party to get an amende, which can go to 10000 euro but the average is 2500 euro.

Newsflash: In those 5 years you could have taken 10 minutes to find out how to organise a party legally and not end up in that amateur mess you're in ;)

try to find the right definition into your good and very legal dictionnary and you'll understand why we are not making legal parties (activism, anti sacem and sabbam, music free, does that mean anything to ya???????????) if you don't have any constructive post keep it close!!! please

free party = a party where everyone is allowed.

btw: you don't have to be illegal to organize free parties :) you can do it legally by asking permission to the owner of a field ...
