Telenet bastardz!!!
Off-topicso i hope you can help me...and i'm sure others have the same problem...
so i signed a contract with chello (promotion for 1 year 25€/month and 40Go limit) then telenet bought chello and promised that all the old chello clients will recieve +30Go limit after their 12Go limit that is usual with telenet expressnet.
in my "facture" it's written :
Expressnet : 35.46€ Extension volume mensuel (30Go) : 2.44€ Réduction abonnement Expressnet : -13.15€ (Réduction sur l'abonnement et/ou sur un bloc de volume supplementaire de 30Go) Total internet : 24.75€
then on their telemerde it's written :
so they're imagining that i only need the 30Go or what? and what the fuck means all those 12 and 18Go?
their site is mostly in flemish and fuck!!!
i've never signed any contract with telenet...only with chello and telenet once sent me a letter saying that now chello is called telenet but that nothing will change...that everything will stay as in the contract with chello...
can u help me translate and stuff please? :)

bon ben je vais m'y mettre alors, Les 12gig. tu les recois d'office tout les mois.(volume de base) Les 18gig.cest se que toi-mème t'as choisi d'avoir en plus du vlume de base. !!!Mais sans doute pas dans ton cas,p'tète que le volume de base a Chello cest 30,pour ca quils ton mit 18 en plus.
Alors solution; -1-tu choisi d'avoir plus de Gig's par mois->uitbreiden maandelijks basis volume (attention;si tu veut diminuer tes gigs,ca conteras seulment pour le mois prochain,tu verras) -2-tu choisi;Verder surfen aan volledige snelheid ,la tu paye se que tu emplois en plus des 12 gig de base,et dans ton cas,en plus des 30 gigs.
(scuze mon french,mon francais écrit n'est pas super,tu peut me corriger au bic rouge) Et pour ta facture j'en sais pas trop,sur les reductions et tout ca. A oui ,normalement c'est un euro le gig.en plus des 12,dans ton cas de changement cest 1eur70 seulement,...bonne chance Gozno. jsais pas si toute tes questions son repondus. Skip.
yeah but i don't want to pay anything to them that is more than the 25€ i signed with chello...and chello was 40 not 30Go...
what else is there that's good with the limits and cheap besides the belgacom?
I'm already a telenet customer from the beginning .. guess what I pay for 13Gb expressnet per month.46 euro !!!! so you're not so bad of you get the standard 12,288 Gb from expressnet + 18,432 Gb extra for 1,77 Euro and you pay only 24,75 euro Where can I sign for such a deal ?

well as i said i signed with chello and man they were fucking great...even after the 40Go nothing happened...they just didn't care and then telenet bought them out...
I'm just warning you what you'll have to pay in the future ... this looks only like temporary transition favor that Telenet is giving you.So you see Telenet fucks the Flemish too ... join the club

Have you ever tried threatening their customer service with defecting to another provider if they don't update your fee to the new standards?

Yup. It's the telecom provider which yearly receives the most complaints. Signing with them is just asking for trouble.
