Since we can only validate 1 song per artist per day.. it would be nice to know when was the last one validated

Because it takes about 3 clicks everytime to find out ..

i had the same problem... especially when an artist posted a song in a different genre then the ones you mod, earlier that day ...

Could be handy indeed...

I've noticed that sapajoucoaster has two of his songs validated today.... And two different genres indeed...

yeah but this is a temporary phase :)

basically you will validate songs, and a script will decide when to make them appear on the site :)

1/ validated songs that don't appear on the site yet can be listened if you have the url 2/ trusted users will be automatically validated, until he does something wrong then he'll need to be set to trusted again 3/ songs will appear on the site if the last X songs have received sufficient hits + feedback.

That's gonna require some nifty coding...But I like the idea...So mods wil be there to check out the song, push that validation button...But, in the future, that won't get the track on ebel.... The script will....

Don't put your paramaters for point 3 to strong, because some songs will be piling up then ;) Grtz

dude i'm starin to be a bit anoyed,do ya think ya can build everything in a system,what you gone do then,sittin in your lazy seat;

in my opinion,moderator=motivator;the users and genre you have under your wing,suppose to be managed by YOU

i mean,if ya just need to push a button,lets do it with scripts like zark says,but dude...i woulde'nt want to be treated by a script,more or lees human aproach works best;

soo,if ya autorize,just leave a comment,when he's new,write some more,to motivate the guy;

i dont care if the guy is new or old,somebody has to break the ice,and i suppose its a moderators job;

i can say i know a lot of my users,so new users are quickly spotted by me

and why not make a separate page to highlight the new users for a month,but i'm not found of al that scripting and like the voting system,top 50

i know 100% there are some taking advantage of the given features,and wont call names;

thats what i started to dislike about this place,the automation of it;

now that we have humans,observing humans,you want to make it easy on your selves

that is what i meant cestqui a little column with "new users" or something like that.. even though there is one in the users page...

its just,since this moderatotship,i have more work in replying in the admin forum,then actualy moderating 8(
