hellow , i only recently started to make music , and have a few questions . i work with renoise and i'm starting to understand the program , but i dont understand how and why to use vst's , can i make a baseline with it ? if yes , what is a good vst for making a darkpsy bassline ? and what is the difference between vst and vsti ? a little help would be welcome !

Wikipedia is your friend :http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/VST
And good ones for darkpsy are: almost any... albino, vb-1, bassline, rapture...
if your using FLStudio or any other program to make your music, it can function as a host for all other small add-on programs to make music. VST's can be considered as add-on programs that all have their own specifications, sounds and maybe presets. Just download that VST in the VST folder of your main program before starting it (the host) and then open the VST once your host is opened.

VSTi = instrument (bass, leads etc..) VST = effect (delay, filter, reverb etc..)
