those "squarepusher-pattern" like the guy call themn (those complixcated rythms @ the end), can you make those also with reason 1 or 2?

What the guy did in the video was creating a patch in the new combinator decice (only reason 3.0) with different Redrum pattern. Making that patch is only possible in 3.0 but the rythems are possible to make in redrum. If you set your resolution f.e. on 1/32, u create more steps in 1 pattern. . . . . . . . . . . . ->........................ Hope that's what u want know? Oh, and I think playing random patterns is already possible, should check it out myself.

Maybe someone with more knowledge could help us out? :D

i sometimes make patterns by just clicking on random places in the sequencer. then you can move things a bit to make it sound good: trial & error

Select the redrum, press control+R and then you have a random pattern in Redrum. The same works with the matrix.
