need music for little animaton

my name is Raphael Lanssens and I'm a student in 3d animation.
I have to create a little animation; this animation is for children.
I am here to ask you if someone could help me to create the music for my short movie.
Here's the storyline:
A little doll on a sewing box wakes up and is so surprised to discover her leg torn off that she falls onto the table. She sews her leg back on, but as she gets the needles and string ready, she also finds a little fabric heart. She wants to sew that on, too, but he just can't sew it on. The doll gets annoyed and throws the heart away. Then, regretting her gesture, she walks back to pick it up - and sees a picture of a small girl holding her in her arms. The heart disappears in a puff of smoke - and a close shot on the doll's chest reveals that it is now beating...
What I would need is a gentle lullaby... Could anybody help me out?

seems very nice animated... But I'm afraid this needs a soft pillow walking soundtrack and I'm specialized in electro and stuff... some people here could make a dreamy track I suppose.. nice work
Hmmm, I can try to write something, but it depends on the deadline you have. When do you want it finished and how long should the soundtrack be? I don't have any experience at writing music for animations, but I do have experience at writing downtempo stuff that might have some kind of lullaby feel . Here are 2 examples of downtempo songs I've written.

I'm Raph's (Arthanis) Sound design teacher!
his needs are simple: can be a mono instrumental song (why not some music box like melody), doesn't need to be complex and heavily instrumented! And luckily, for his animation, the music doesn't really need to be composed closely to the action in the film! i'll be a simple slow nostalgic lullaby that'll be in the background for the mood!

I was going to post a small mono-instrumental track. I already have the melody written out (it's inspired on a song of a 1982 computergame). I'll post a render tomorrow. It's sort of a childish love song, with a sad and cheerful part.
