The team of the P3P, in associations with Manna, Noon, I need techno and theclubbing, has decided to join an new adventure, the week end of the 14th and 15th of September. They’ve decided to improve and change a new kind of parties in Brussels. The main prospect is to show how we can provide new kind of independent electronics art festival. It is true that Brussels is one of the rare city that hasn’t provided this kind of event in the past.
