crap, I just bought a tascam us122 mk2 and windows 7 64 bit. I guess I'll have to wait for drivers to make it work properly...

dont u receive 2 cds of windows 7 when u buy the program or get it with a new pc?  one with 32 bit and one with 64 bit ?  try the 32 bit cd temporary ? maybe it will work ? i got my laptop, im in 32 bit,  in the shop they said it was the best for the moment (32), and all my programs work perfectly..  dont know about soundcards,  cause that one is on my main desktop pc with windows xp

with 7 you dont need to use 32bits version in most of the case, everything is automatic. Be sure that serious harware bulders will create drivers for your mk2, if it dont exist yet. I have to say that as much I hate Vista, as much I love 7. Specially on a 64bits installation, he is great ! Everything work fine, from my older self-made win98 software to the very last version of VST. Im just happy ^^ I definitly recommand windows 7, and believe me I was about to leave Microsoft forever, they use this last chance with intelligence. One problem however: my m-audio radium 49 have no driver at all (thanks m-audio) so I can't use it.
