midi files in Ableton live and Logic Express 5

I want to import my own made midi files with my RM1x because I want to trigger my yamaha rm1x from ableton. My problem is when i import my midi file saved as a SMF(standard midi file) with my RM1x. When i used Logic Express a while ago there was no problem Every track was seperate imported Kick,drum,melo,bass etc... Since i don't have a registered copie and after a while it always crashed i've deleted it and decided to buy Ableton live coz it's a program to use to produce and play live. My opinion is that Logic Express has a lot more features to produce than Ableton 5.

If i import it with Ableton 5 (original copie) i always get all tracks in one midi track in ableton. Is there a way to import every track seperately in Ableton 5? Or do i something wrong saving my files with my RM1X?
