mjah, sounds a lot like mtv- jimtv- and/or tmf-music awards to me man ^^ and do we want to pronounced in the same sentence then the 3 previous ones? a voir ... :))

I always laugh when they say; "unfortunately,the artist couldn't be here tonight...".Thats just brilliant....juuuust brilliant.

yeah, i like it, considering the advantages:

• it's an opportunity to knock out the competition and make it to the next compil.
• it would free us from our so called alternativeness and the major record companies might notice our potential.
• with this award, the beautiful girls (maybe topmodels!) will finally like me.
• a chance to dress like michael jackson.

ps. we could do this with the worst songs as well... realityTV shows us how fun it can be to humiliate the competition in public! Gozno, i think you should sell this formula to VT4... a chance to get rich, rich, rich!!! and next: world domination!!!

could be interesting to have an award with a jury for the next categories:

most promossing producer most promissing dj best belgian live act best belgian release ...of the year 

of course who'd be in the jury etcetera.... u can't televote and letting ebel members vote would lead to an insiders predjudiced result... sounds interesting though
