hey so my laptop is making a strange noize...i'm pretty sure it comes from the ventilation...so what to do? how do you clean a laptop from cigarette ashes and dust?
can i use an aspirator?
and if it is the ventilation thingie that's "uncentred" what can i do?
coz i'm kinda scared of opening my laptop (it doesn't seem as easy as an detscop :p )

Hello gozno :-)
I had a laptop some years ago...it made noises and me too i was thinking it was the ventilation ... finally it was the harddisk, and some days after, it didn't work anymore... so the first thing i can say for now: SAVE ALL YOUR FILES on dvd, external harddrive or whatever!
But i hope it's "only" the ventilation ... i think you can use an aspirator ... but very very very carefully :)
