Extra info's :

Tipper is a ‘global nomad’ who tours the world non-stop, spreading his musical gospel of unique beats and breaks. As a result, he has loyal followings in out of the way places such as Budapest, Tasmania, Santa Cruz, Bellingen, and Birmingham. His sets consist of his own music for the most part, well prepared and mixed, highlighted at times with his extraordinary scratching. Then there are his legendary bass tones - unfortunate monitor speakers were last seen being carried from the room during a set in Australia once with smoke pouring out of them! You have to hear (and feel) them for yourself to understand (sorry- what?). Tipper’s a proven pioneer, with his production and performance techniques placing him securely amongst the electronic music elite.

Volum (of legendary electro duo Volsoc) has been making Electro music since 1984 when when at age 13 he switched his analog drum kit for the first electronic kit on the market. An obsession with early computers, drum machines, analog synthesizers, science-fiction films, and video games translated into his music in 1984 the same as it does today. Now living in Berlin, Volum spends equal time working on a 3D animated feature, and has been abusing audiences at most of Europe's legendary underground Electro(nica) clubs and events, and has performed alongside the likes of Bitstream, ADJ, Andrea Parker, Bolz Bolz, Carl Finlow, Ben Millstein, Colony DJs, Somatic Responses, Scape One, Stormfield, Mr.Velcro Fastener and more. Volum's many influences have made a wide range of sounds and stories through his music. Ranging from dark, ambient soundscapes to futuristic brutal bass, brooding cinematic atmospherics, along with glitched-up and bit-crushed polyrhythms. His music is deliberately over-detailed with hints of playful irony, humor, and sarcasm. His mix for Headspace/Proton Radio is a digital audio collage, a tongue-in-chic hotmix splattered with glitch-hop, spoken word, future breaks and good old fashioned Electro. Currently, he is completing his first solo album for Compost Records, due for Winter 2004 release.
Erase has released on his own label electromechanix, stilleben & bitter sweet music (neuton). Included in charts by dj rok, laurent garnier, cari lekebush., bob brown . He works for elektron instruments and provided the machinedrum sample cd (a coproduction with charlie storm) and the monomachine sample cd. Furthermore he is also a busy dj and had residencies @ technoclub Loveboat Gothenburg, Elektron Party 2002, club Fanclub 2002-2003, legendary jazzclub Nefertiti Gothenburg, ...
