• Less weight on Zark's schoulder --> More development on the site itself --> it has changed a lot lately, with lots of extra features...
• Tracks get accepted quicker? (At least that should be the point..)
• Ebel mods are quite 'moderate' imho, most of them do ask things before changing stuff etc... Most of them are adult enough to do the job decently...ANd they aren't that strict imho... More tracks could go to the ICZ, many comments still in french only etc..

Conclusion..Personally, I don't find the situation worse then before... And if there are problems, we should talk about it... Betweend mods & mods, & also between not mods & mods...

I know all the good points who are coming with the moderators, i speak specialy about the bad points, and yes, they exist !

Thats not my opinion that ebel was better before, thats wath people come say to me ! so we have to take it like it is ! There is some mod abuse on ebel (and thats not dramatic) i just dont want it grows up. You are right, if we take care each other, it could be really better for everybody, so, communication !

hummmm got some serious doubts with this... people not happy comin to tell u ebel was better before? Could you ask thoose 'people' to post a thread, or to write thoose remarks, and write completly why its is worst now. Mods abuse? Who?? lets stop speakin for nothin, who made the abuse? maybe me, maybe another one, we need names, since you say mods are police ;) comon where are thoose mods abuse?? how many times it really happened? And about the users abuse?? whats goin on?

No no no, we made the mod thing to give more air to the guru and its positive for ebel cause now ALL tracks are listened before to be authorized, and hopefully a bit morE track are refused, i mean lets keep a bit of quality instead of quantity... and the only bad point i see is track are pending a bit longer then before. Okay u ask us to send a pm before to modify, then the user take one day to answer and suddenly the song is pending since 3 days, again the user is not happy anymore... My opinion is: too much user are complainin because they are NEVER happy, its never enough, a site gratis, a super moderators crew, a great guru, a community spirit etc... its not enough... Well, im defendin the mods crew, but off course, if we can mek the things better lets talk about it... but i think this thread should be open for all users... we need a big talk with everybody. kusjes :p

I see what you mean..sort of...but you should be more 'concrete' then...so we can maybe search for a solution immediatly?

Im sorry but thats not my genre to say who do what. Thats putting people naked on the place, it never give good results.

Writing this thread, im sure people who are concerned will reconize themself, so if you think you do your job diplomatcaly, with communication, dont doubt that you are not concern.

I have concretely 5 ebelian who say me this thing, and its about 3 or 4 moderator (you know that my brain is full of hole concerning the pseudonymes ^^)

So, concretely, the 5 ebelians are not unknow from us, and its not really hard to know who it is : they prefear myspace since ebel have moderator. And they are all great composer, affraid that our community become a "secte" (dont know how translate in english).

Ok...I understand that you won't be giving names...But if I understand correctly, you speak about 'exsessive deleting'...of threads in the forum that is or do you talk about tracks?

You talk about exsessive deleting of non ebel related post in the forum ( of parties?) or am I mistaking?

Maybe a good idea then to put out some concrete general guidelines of what is 'allowed/tollarated/OK' & what isn't? Personally I think that even non ebel related party posts have their place here..

Could be that i'm talking out of the question here, but hey I'm just trying to find out what's happening :-)

Smart think'n of throwing it inhere before it becames a irreversible problem..But it goes a bit into different directions... Personnaly, if you hear something that concerns me, don't hesitate to let me know...i'm not easily offended, and more into finding solutions for those problems then anything else...

Guess the main issue here is to let the ebel mods know what 'lives' in the minds of certain (even more 'known') ebellers... And hopefully, in the future, while moderating they will take that into account & think maybe twice before deleting stuff or anything, while trying to be more, as u put it so nicely, 'diplomatically'... There is always Zark to take a final decission if any mod has doubts bout performing an 'action'..

Anyhow... Thanks at S-Cape for throwing this in here..
