RESETTING DX7 ??
Help neededyep, I was screwing with my DX7.. and now theres like a glissando on ALL my voices...I took my manual but theres nothing in there that says how I could/should reset the heavy oldtimer.. ow shoot... suzy_flash@hotmail.com

I can't help you with the answer i'm afraid but they will......
there is a way to load patches true sysex messages, connecting your dx 7 via a midi cable, and sending a patch or a bank to your dx7. you can do this using the fm 7 softsynth, or if you don't have this softsynth you can download a freeware program called dx manager. there's lots of patches for free on the internet, including the original sounds of your dx7.
