behringer is noisy on pa's, that's all I know... I'd say don't buy it.
At the theater company im workin with almost the same mixtable from beringher, this one is a sound card and i dont know what is good or not, but the mixtable i use when we play theater is not guud, i mean its enough for us, but the sound is not perfect, FX are fulled of noises and its a bit expensive for this quality i think... i d say dont buy it too...

ow c'mooon what a load of BULLSHIT m8
everyone is dissing on behringer these days it's like it has become obligatory to say behringer is a heap of shit, or all of a sudden, one might lose his total amount of coolness, he was saving on all those yrs
i have been mixing down my tracks on an €urodesk mx8000 that i bought a few years ago on advalvas for a louzy 450€ it is still working @ 200% and besides the noise that i make there ain't nothin' cummin' out man
on top of that, with every product you buy, you get 2 freakin' yrs of warranty
if you think your sound isn't what it should be on a behringer, you take the shit, put it in your bag, hop on your bike, and get to the musicstore who sold it to ya
they'll be glad to hook it up on their stuff, and test it for you.
on the other hand, it might also just be you who stinks in sound engeneering ...
anyway, you'll quickly enough find that out
if it aint no good, you get another one. it's as simple as that

baby, honey, chérie,
I said dont buy it because i HAVE IT, because i know it is NOT a good mixtable for a producer, héhé sorry hein :)) But as we all know , music is about personal things and when i say dont buy it, another one will scream BUY IT... its up to everyone to mek his own opinion... mine is DONT BUY this BULLSHIT m8 lolll If we where talkin about something else i would not talk about it. But i know this Berigher shit. 1 year im workin with it. LOLL alway nice the way you introduce yer post with " what a load of BULLSHIT m8" héhéh alleh see ya menneke
yeah but this is a behringer kinda souncard coz it has direct connection with the pc thru USB...aphone you're using only the mixtable so...
well i still need yr advice before i'm buying it :)
thanx

ELFEN will shoot me but thats the way i love him, so i tell ya dont buy berigher for sound production... but im not expert, off course.
i also use a behringer for my analog stuff and i can tell my yamaha fx and synth make more noise than the mixing table... i even start to like some analog white noise...
but i've never been so fond of audio through usb, but it's my opinion, i'm sure i might be convinced someday...
i wouldn't buy it either and save my money for a MOTU soundcard, i can't wait to buy that myself... i believe the MOTU is also thru usb (not completely sure), but i've seen it work very pro...
don't go shoot me hé, it's just my point of view... in the end it's your choice...
Dudes, buy whatever you want and do whatever you want... I'm just talking from my own experience. I had a eurorack and now I have a soundcraft and I think the difference is there and especially live... It's not because it is 'political correct' to shit on Behringer that I say this. just talking from my experience from the eurorack. If this is any different: could be, then the comparison doesn't go. Simple as that.
But keep it cool Elfenkommando, like I of all people would go for the politial correct opinion about producing or what hard or software you HAVE to have. I mean: I produce in fruityloops, mix in cooledit and I prefer software above many hardware... How not cool is that :))
better buy one of those hybrid miwers from Alesis, better pre-amps and sound and more channels true one firewire
for info on exits??? shouldn't that be outputs??? just check the specs page on the behringer home-site, they don't lie about the amount of outputs :)
