if u want to have a cd, finish ur track and then u can post it on akamusic, its here in belgium, once u get 10 fans, people can start to put money on u, 15.000 for a single, 50.000 for an album... once u reach that, ur cd gets produced and producers and artists get 40% of the gains, 20% for the company, its a good way to get ur cd for free, but u have to be available for intervieuws to promote ur cd sometimes i think...

watch out for site's like this as they can rip you off, i'm not saying this one does, but gotta be carefull with posting your baby's on something like this, might take advantage of it and you never see your money, just using you song for their own commercial schemes.
