TREATISE (1963/67)
Cardew's magnum opus, 193 pages of graphic notation with no explanation as to how it is to be played. While the work does not require virtuoso ability, one must have a high level of commitment regarding the interpretation. This is an essential work for students of avant garde music. For any number of musicians with any instruments; may be performed in whole or in part.

heuuuuu...a contest??? euuuuuuuu...its not realy the goal.....this kind of score, need to be played as a "live performence"...I think a contest could not be so interesting...no...the realy goal its to play it, so thats why I create this thread...to know if they are some people intersetad to create a "orchestra"

Well must admit I'm interested in doing the live thing as a bassplayer, but I'm affraid I'm gonna encounter some practical problems, me Living in Mechelen and preparing the Live thing.
