Registred users without Profile

I've got a question. Is it normal that someone registers without any info about the person itself. In my opinion every registred user should fill in his profile. Sometimes i see some registred users without any profile and they're just a few day member and they leech a lot of songs Could this be for a reason? or am i just paranoia :P

well users who post songs have to fill in their profiles.
but in v2 you'll need to be authorized to register on the site. ( to have only artists registering)

and normal users will have a 'pseudo' account to be able to post comments or forum replies etc....
but they won't appear in the user listings, and their posts will be moderated.

Just out of curiostity: what about those who're not doing anything at the moment, and should in fact have a "pseudo account" in V.2?
What i mean is: maybe it's time to clean up the user list a little one way or another? Or is this one of 'em idea's that'll make the whole E-Bel community hate me ;)
No seriously. Maybe it would be a good idea to send out some kind of warning to E-Bel members who, let's say, haven't logged in anymore since the day they created their account ( of course, not if they created their account not so long ago, but you see what i mean ), or users who haven't logged in for the last 6 months, or something like that...
I don't want to kick anyone out of E-Bel, but i really think some kind of cleaning couldn't do any harm.
