live doesn't detect multicore

are all your drivers installed? I guess so if WinXP detects them? Is it win home or professional?

Did you enabled multicore in the live settings. There's a checkbox somewhere if I remember correctly

All drivers installed, everything works, two cores work in task manager.  Win xp professional.  The same xp as on my laptop. That's the weird part about it: everything is exactly the same as on my laptop (even the soundcard) and yet no multicore support...

And that's exactly what I'm aiming at: trying to enable them in live.

Maybe a stupid question : What are exactly the N° of your Live versions ? I know I had a lot of trouble with 7.0.1, I has to get 7.0.3 for my Novation Remote zerol SL to be detected by Live... Same stuff as your problem, the button remained grey with Live 7.0.1.

I think .0.1 Will check on the .3 Might be the problem but then again it's strange nobody else encountered the problem nor is it mentioned as bug fix (I think). Thanks!
