this is just a small update before i start working on the big version of the streamer :P future version SHOULD support these cool features:

• playlists
• display of an image_gallery (with timing)

Looks nice indeed... I like the idea of a playlist, sort of electrobel-radio when you're surfing... :D

yup, you can create your own set of playlists.. make them public if you want. And artists can make playlist of their own tracks too, "virtual cd" kinda thing.

edit: oh yeah, and soon the website will tell u which songs you have and haven't listened .. so you can compile a list of songs u haven't heard yet (within a certain list of music styles). Lot's of new shit coming ...

Adn about the future updates, I think it's an excellent idea to use playlists, but I don't what you can do with an image gallery?

well, it's a form of VeeJaying ... since you can define what image appears when ... it's something i'd like to do for @ least my tracks :P basically because i love photography and music .. and a lot of my tracks are inspired by pictures i take ... so i'd like to show that :)

I like the idea that music and picture become complementary. But not every one is going to make an image gallery for their own song. For those who aren't able to make such a gallery, we could provide a couple of alternative image gallery's. Maybe we could inform some artists on the internet if they're willing to create some gallery's????

yes, we have VJ's arriving on the site ;) it'll give them a chance to show their skills ...

and besides, we could put a "default" gallery, which would display some electrobel propaganda (microsoft style) ..

ZARk, I like your thoughts about the image/sound duality a lot, but hopefully these images won't slow down the listening of the song, cause that's what I like about it so much, it goes extremely fast and I wouldn't wonna lose that..
