Hello My name is Yuhei, I come from Paris. And I've got to spend some months in Bruxelles. If anybody could help me, where can I find some vintage synthetisers in this city? A place where we can test it?
TBH that's really rather tough. No real specialised shops I think. Plenty of interesting second hand markets around though. My brother used to tinker around with all that old gear and he was able to find some solid gear for 2,5 or 5 euro. I even got a drumcomputer for free some 2 years ago. Never got it to work tho :) If you need a list of second hand markets, beep.
hello Jemenfish we're looking for a polyphonic synthe like a korg monopoly, an analog drum synthé like a tr808 with midi implementation, and anything fun to tweak for the live. you can mail me at eeboo@hotmail.fr. thanks for your message.
check out Kozz Vintage on ebay, he specialises in vintage gear & is situated in Gent. Only 50km from Brussels so not that far away.
I remember two second hand stores... where one could occasionnally find old school stuff... but I dont remember the names of the stores... I think on was in ixelles... in the rue ernest solvay but not sure. the other one was in the rue de louvain (now I think I remember that the name was Charlie Musique) but the second hand stuff they sold wasnt always in a good shape and mostly too expensive. i once bought a guitar there.
