Autechre Autechre is een Engels electronisch duo (Rob Brown en Sean Booth). De groep is één van de meest prominente acts op Warp Records (Warp is gekend voor zijn pioniersrol in electronische muziek). Journalisten en fans beschouwen Autechre als de grondleggers van de IDM (intelligent dance music). Momenteel werken ze in hun studio aan een nieuwe plaat die in het najaar verschijnt. Dit concert van Autechre is dan ook zeer exclusief!!!
James Holden James Holden is gekend bij het grote publiek als DJ en electronicamuzikant. Hij heeft verschillende singles uitgebracht op labels zoals Lost Language, Perfecto Recordings en Positiva Recordings. James Holden runt zijn eigen label, Border Community. Zijn allerlaatste plaat ‘The Idiots are winning’ werd zowel door pers als publiek zeer enthousiast onthaald.
Detroit Grand Pubahs De Detroit Grand Pubahs zijn Dr. Toefinger (Andy Toth) en Paris the Black Fu (Mack Goudy, Jr.). Hun muziekstijl is een eigenwijze mix van electro, hip hop, booty-bass en veel humor. Hun eerste single ‘Sandwiches’ werd meteen een hit! Hun platen brengen ze uit op Pokerflat, het label van o.a. Trentemöller.
The Eternals Drum en bas staan centraal in de muziek van The Eternals. Je kan hun stijl omschrijven als een ritmische mix van funk, post-punk met dubinvloeden.
Rob Hall Rob Hall vormt samen met Autechre en Sean Booth het electronicacollectief Gescom. Nèt zo eigenwijs, iets meer dance-georiënteerd dan Autechre, zoals te horen op de handvol 12“‘s die ze tot dusverre via het Skam-label op de wereld loslieten. Als DJ is hij zeer gewaardeerd in de electro/ IDM scene.

Deze avond is een samenwerking tussen Les Halles (Europees cultureel centrum van de Franse Gemeenschap ) en VK* (Muziekclub gesubsidieerd door de Vlaamse Gemeenschap & Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie).
