wow this is the least specific question ever I think.  I'd suggest you'd search this and other fora, read the manual of fruityloops, read a thing or two about production, practice for a few days/weeks/months and when you're struggling with something specific, come back and ask your specific question.  can't expect people to write you a  electromanual for fruityloops.  It doesn't work that way.

OK then.  Can decent electro music be made with fruity loops, having the right sounds and some decent knoledge of the program.

Personally, i think the replies here are really weak (except bandarlogs), waiste of time posting replies like those.........Just explain the guy he should look up a manual for FL, that's it...

And offcourse you can make decent things out of FL , it ain't the most professional software, everyone knows that, but you sure can make nice tracks with it.Grtz

If by electro sounds you mean some harsh distorted synth (like often used i think), use the wasp/wasp XT plugin... If you want plucked("short") melodic synth, try sytrus... The best way is to work the sounds by yourself though, explore !!

Thank you from the last two postings. That's helpful. I'm passionate about making music, but very new to the production side of things.
