I think you simply have to contact the SABAM ! But this is for a web-radio, i don't know if you talk about public FM radio...
you still have to pay sabam for a webradio :) their real bitches ... started a webradio with a friend a couple of years ago and we had the documentation from sabam .. and it's just hilarious :)

no, i mean you have to get a subscription from them .. and 'abonement' as they say in french, just to be aloud to stream music ...
