downloads vs listeners

is there somebody who know where u can see how many times a song is downloaded from yr file section ? r the IP adresses kept 'bout who loads yr songs down ? is / will there a way of controlling this kind of traffic? (ex. no downloads for this or that song, this or that genre, or this or that user/surfer)

their used to be an option where you could see who listened to your tracks.....
zark is working on the v3 of ebel , so maybe sumetin like that will be included again...
