cultuur is een bevoegdheid van de gemeenschappen... Denk niet dat Wallonië een doelgroep is eigenlijk.

Ik heb er eigenlijk geen idee van. Maar aangezien cultuur dus gemeenschapsmaterie is, gaat de vlaamse overheid zich waarschijnlijk (via iets als poppunt, vi etc) richten op vlaamse muzikanten. Ik kan mij dan ook voorstellen dat iemand als Katrien hierboven haar job bestaat uit acties promoten via vlaamse kanalen (bv internet). Of ze er dan een probleem van zouden maken als er iemand franstalig meedoet: dunno..; Zal wel niet zeker en indien wel zou dat nogal flauw zijn.

Ah en vlamingen in bxl zullen evengoed doelgroep zijn aangezien dat cultuur in bxl vor vlamingen onder vlaamse bevoegdheid valt (en niet het bxl gewest).

Maar ongetwijfeld kan Katrien ons hier meer over vertellen.

Not entirely true, they accept Walloniaanse people, you just have to talk Dutch. On their site, with the partners, etc., so yeah, also on this site. It's sort of an 'override' thing. The prile naguage in any communication needs to be Dutch through to the rules of Vlaamse Overheid so it's up to them to make it 2 or 3 languages and usually they don't, unless cocof would start giving money I guess :)

You know what the funny thing is though? Katrien hasn't been working for Poppunt since 1-2 years. I'm guessing the replacement just got a pc that still has an automatic login at most sites and copy/paste everything as fast as possible, no matter the language, or the site not accepting that specific code.

They even do it on boups :)

I think there's a wallonian band that won vi.be and got airplay. You just have to do Dutch comm. in almost everything. Doesn't matter if your drummer is Himmler :)

But c'mon harry, we all know you want to go do the graveyard set at Culture Club. We all know what an amazing amoutn of recognition that set will get
