I've tinkered a Casio SA-2 and a Speak and Math with an integrated Robotvoice-circuit :) I've burnt a Speak&Spell... :( I've still to tinker a Casio SK-5 and another Speak&Spell I've bought a tinkered BOSS DR-202 That's about my tinkering ^^
i've got a 'tweaked' poly800 and a modded poly800EX and i'm busy doing some damage to a casio MT800 atm ^^
i desire the same....to avoid serious injury you must use low voltage appliencies, but personaly I like use 220 volts!!! more fun!!! ;)

this is 2 customizer Vellman kit tone genrator , you can find in electronic shop , orginaly this generator provide a linear 1khz tone , I just replace some resistor by potentiometre, like this you can change the tune from zero to inf. hz , but this is not really circuit bending , maybe only when you return the strip board and touch it with your finger to make shortcut circuit
