Ps : i've already post a thread for know who use max/msp but many people who have answer just use application based on it like pluggo : http://www.electrobel.be/forum/8/4464,Who_use_MAx_Msp_,0 So i want to precise that this thread is only for people which make patchs and not other things.

do you realize presets on synths are often referred to as patches too? you might wanna add Max/MSP to your topic title ;)
i do tons of max/msp stuff, both at work as for my own audiovisual stuff. will post if there's anything i wanna share with the world. do you mean only audio stuff or more?
i just make some with puredata, wich is the free/open max/msp But i still have lot of work before having userfull patches.
