i think its a wonderfull idea, but the difference between dark and melancholic is pretty big....
yes you right but the dilem it's a good resum for the contest....dark and melancolic, faisons alors distinction and the name of theme is good "dark contest"^^

If you make that contest, I'm in!! It's a wonderful idea! there are a lot of dark composers here, all style included. And a lot of good ones!!!! I think Sapaj has a great idea here. The dark Xmas tune! :-) 3 trax max by participant like for the Fruity contest? Coool!
