Need help with Reason 3
Help neededhello folks, i've a big fuckin prob with the "export song as audio file" in reason 3.0.3. it's not the first time that comes, but now it's reccurent. when i push on this button and i put in 44100 Hz and 16 bits, the wav files is plenty of noise, particulary in high frequencies, but when i do the same thing in 96000 Hz and 24 bits, it's totally okay :s... somebody can explain why please :)

i'm sure because u are using creative soundblaster, isn't it? try modifying from 96 to 44.1 with soundforge...
the new audigies work only 48/96, some can switch to 44.1 with restarting etc.
nope i'm working on my laptop with the "original" soundcard, and for modifying with soundforge, it works but the wav files made some clipping that's not present on the original version :s
but i've remarked one thing more, those noises appaers when i use the scream 4 with the body on E-type :s:s

ok, i take my audigy-accusationz back, but euh, kinda strange about the scream although i also have one song with tickz coming from filtering thru the scream...
don't have a direct answer there either... ?(
no probz dude :) i've remark that the prob only appears when you're on the E-type (body) , all is good whit A, B, C and D. strange

did ya click the dither option?? chek your manual for this export option, this could be the solution...
Yeps, i've try, but nothing change with or without dither :)

strange problem :O
You can allways expect these kind of problems with onboard soundcards. It will be at 96 khz default setting or something. Get a proper ASIO soundcard as soon as u use ASIO apps...

Fixes in Reason 3.0.4 These are the issues that were fixed in the 3.0.4 update:
Export as audio file There was an issue in Reason 3.0.3 (on Windows) that could cause weird sounds when exporting a song or loop to an audio file. This was most likely to appear when using certain Scream settings. This happened only when exporting audio as everything sounded fine when listening to Reason directly or running Reason in a ReWire host. This has now been fixed.
