Hi folks,
I tried to register my music with Sabam and it turns out there already is a 'Jokke', so... my new username on e-bel is 'FedIvers'. In case any of you think I left electrobel or something.
Grtz
Fed
i think, but here we go again, that it is not smart to combine cc electrobel with fuckin sabam...

IDD !!! but about the nickname i prefer FedIvers, nice one :D
haha they don't do doubles! too confusing for shitty old ppl in charge of the administration haha :p :p :p
Why shouldn't I combine e-bel with Sabam? It's not like I'm going to make people pay me money to download my music or anything. It's just that when I send my tracks all over the place, I wouldn't like people to steal anything to put in their own music.

are you jokin?? seriously you cant be CC licenced AND SABAM licenced, yu got to choooooose man!! im not sure but i think you cant mix them, SABAM laws and CC laws are in confrontation, i recomend you to becarefull with SABAM. When i went there to protect my work they tryed to fuck me, im serious, to FUCK me, the girl in the office said some nice words but in the back they fuck you big time, you will see by yourself ayway. Heuuu if u want i can explain something by PM with SABAM, i personally know one of the SABAM admin and even him is not pro-sabam...
ANYWAY, you can NOT mix your licences, for the same song you can NOT post it on ebel and protect it by sabam, or you ll have troubles or worst: ebel willhave troubles ... Think about it
Exactly.. you cant register a song with sabam and on the CC license. You can be registered at sabam and have both sabam licensed music and CC licensed tunes but not at the SAME time for the same songs!

Aphone you can be right generally. But you have to know one thing that if you want release a CD/album/single in Belgium; you have to pass by Samam. This is NOT an OPTION. This is obligation! I asked them. If you sell your CD in your event and one of controler buy your CD, if it is not registred into SABAM then you'll have a trouble! Sorry but I'd like to inform you about what I know.
you idiot !! :p lol what do you know, from wich source? dude if they told you something, its not the truth, its THEY truth ... do you see the difference?
no seriously, thats why thoose people are DANGROUS, they give FALSE info's, there is NOT ANY obligation to be at SABAM when you wanna release an album... i proove it: i got a mini album released and im not at SABAM. The problem is the poeple like you, they trust sabam and spread some idiot ideas, but its not the truth. I went to sabam to "protect" my music, and what they told me was CRAAAZy, hopefully i know this sabam admin, i called him and the info i had at the sabam office was WRONG! Even the admin told me its unbelievable the way they make the buizness, and so many people are pround to be at sabam... halalalalaaaa Listen to me please, im not crazy, im not so dumb. As i said before , we can talk about it with PM or on msn.
you're in trouble if there are some uncleared samples on there. But strict technically you can burn on a cd and sell whatever you want, as long as it's yours. Ofcourse, if they find you selling something and you're not regestered, they'll try everything to nail you.
