well, offcourse, but from a security pov it's not that good to allow empty passwords in your DB.

But no problem for me offcourse :p

password are encrypted in database.

so an empty password is not actually empty. edit: to be honest, i did put an 'empty password' protection ... weird it didn't kick in ....

Well, situation was as follows:

I created an account, i missed a field, had to return (possibly with the "back" button of my ms mouse) - filled in the field, clicked "ok" and then realised that the password fields where blank again (standard behavior of a pwd field in webforms), but it didn't complain about it...
