I've started a new board where people post links to free samples & plug-ins. There's also a producer board where people can discuss hard- & software. I assume a lot of the people could use this kind of initiative, so feel free to join.;;
you can find the board on http://x-sample.tk
come on people you're not paying attention here :D
gigabytes of samples, all free to download with ease!!!

more samples then you can listen to in your lifetime!
pff lists like this suck! we all have these kinds of lists, half of the pages doesn't work anymore or only contains a few free loops
xsample is only direct links to huge working packs
well i must say i didn't check em all. ;)
the one i use frequently is http://www.djbb.dk/ breakbeat paradise... but you know that one already probably...
if you're really want to have a good board you should at least check some of the links offered. You asked for it, you got it and then you kill it. Not very polite i guess. At least he did something... and no, not everyone has such a list so i will check some out. you know the expression... een gegeven paard kijk je niet in de bek? Think about it!!
I hate to give this beauty away... ?( but there you go:

It's a very young project offering free samples licensed under the Creative Commons (like e-bel, but a bit different) -> read that 1st (for the illiterate; sounds are for FREE, but you have to credit the person who uploaded it).
There are tons of high quality field-recording and if you ask politely there are some recorders on the forum who will take on special requests.
Ideal for people who need sounds for movies (one guy recently recorded riffles sounds like the AK-47 and others :p), but also includes a lot of weird and fx stuff.
Have fun... ;)
oh yeah, and reaman is right. Shame on you dcdent! :))
thx dorkbot, will check those out too...
ok a bit impolite then :rolleyes: but we already have lists like that on the board and most members prefer immediate downloads I think. Most of the sites on long lists either give you a few free samples and then offer you sample cd's.
And yes, I do check those lists, if I find something useful I'll make it's own thread, site by site. Then there's at least some info on how much you can get mentioned.
But reaman dude I never asked for anything ;)
