Help neededis that normal that comments made by non-members are not visible in the muzik section(but only by the author of the track in the My World/my muzik section)?

As Zarkumingus pointed out earlier, it is normal, and in V2 of electrobel you will be able to chose whether or not you want those comments to be visible for other users or not...
indeed.
otherwise if anon comments appeared directly on the website, they'd be some major abuse ^^ so in v2 you'll be able to delete an anon comment or be able to display it on the website.
