Ableton classes so early in the morning are a bit tricky for most people, and the price ain't really that attractive. From another site:

duur: 19-22u
data: vier woensdagavonden: 18/04, 25/04, 02/05, 09/05
minimum aantal leerlingen: 4 prijs: €90

The problem all those concert clubs are facing is that with the new 'Kunstendecreet' that Anciaux wrote, they have to be 'polyvalent' and do concerts, dj-sets, but also workshops etc.; I'm betting not a lot of people (or simply no-one) will show up for that one, but then they have a little paper to waive around 'Look, we tried!' :)

The 90 euro one also seemingly gives you a large percentage of the price off ableton if you want to buy it straigth after the courses. Seems like a better deal, neh?

I think you learn the most together with someone that practice the program a lot. A workshop organized by Ebel would be more fun, having a day with all Ebel Live users, showing their tip and tricks. hey, and for free !!!

Why don't you propose it to one of those venues? The reason they ask 135 euro and other ridiculous prices is because they usually hire some schmuck who used Ableton in a 'famous' formation and need to pay him hundreds of euro's. They often have no knowledge of 'educational lessons' in anything; Let alone sometimes empty the fridge before starting :)

'Free electrobel classes' should perk some ears ^^
