Hello,

I'm looking foor good, clear samples I prefer rock-drums and hihats, snares, .. that are sharp and tight "strak" like they say in dutch.. (Same for the oldskool 808, 909 kit)

Waht can I use best for this or where can i find these?

Any ideas for good sample cd's, websites etc.. I need good quality because the samples I used up 'till now weren't that good i think..

Computer Music ! Great stuff, they sell the magazine now with a DVD, tons of very good samples and the classic Free CM Studio - all the VSTi's you need to start. It's not cheap, but worth it's money.

Thanks, how expensive is it? In euros per issue? The DVD is very interesting indeed, think i'll check the International Magazine Store for it..

i'll try :) but, i'm more looking for single shots and not predefined loops.. so a kick, a snare, a hhat but all in very good quality, 'cause i know you can find loads of samples on the net, but, well you know.. :)

i've checked out that magazine, but there were more pad & string samples on it then drumsamples.. 7 drumkits vs 2000+ stringsamples, well :) and i only needed drums, so kinet, are those drumsamples really worth it?

or is it better to invest in a good sample cd then? and do you know any good stuff? (single shots)
