Upload problems...

First you go to my files, and upload a file. This can be a picture or a song or something else.

For a picture in your profile, go to 'my profile' and then 'edit'. At the bottom you can select a new photo (click here) in your files.

For a song, go to 'my music' and then 'add'. Fill in the title, genre and description and select a song in your files. Then you'll need to wait on authorisation. Maybe you have to wait a week, sometimes a day. It depends on Zark, the admin.

Hi Zark, ...i still have problems with the upload. I mean i have succeed in uploading a pic in my file but it's impossible to edit it in my profile..it's a .gif of 36kb so i don't know where's the problem?

..and i have converted one of my tunes in mp3 (with i-tune and without using the VBR, as recommanded). it's a 4,8Mb file and i can't upload it, is it normal? is it because of the i-tune conversion?

Well, you can upload it now, it'll work ...

our hard-disk was full ... i mean 0kb left ...

it also crashed the sql server, which explains why nobody could access the website :S

anyway, all fixed now. upload away :P

How can I change the picture's group ?? When I've select the new pic and I click send (I see the new pic on the first page), the page reapears with the old pic :s

Please say me why :)

edit (10minutes later) : ok, all fixed now :)

ok the files i've uploaded are written in red and its written "private" i've uploaded since a long time but i still cant figure how to fix the problem... any help?

if they are red, it means they are not linked to any songs ...

(basically means your the only one who can listen to them) and that they don't appear anywhere on the website ..

to solve that, you can just add a song to the database and link it to that mp3 :)
