just seems weird of an organisation saying they'll quit before their final software is released: no one will start using it if you know it won't be updated in the futre,... technology will evolve but not for FL users... . Just seems so anti-marketing

Why would they release it, quit, but still pay hella much dollars for additional support? The reason why FL (and other companies) give support is so ppl won't get frustrated and stop using their porgram (and hence buy it in the future)

On the other hand: if logic announced their news that pc-versions were discontinued after 5 on a first of april, people would have thought it was a joke for sure.

I've learned something today: buy your favo software! :p
