additional moderator's work
Adminit think it will be great if every moderator, take a little time every day to check is genre section , the goal is to listen every track, for move all track who are not in the good genre
for exemple: I move a lot of track from contemporary to nu-jazz, downbeat......ccuz those track dont have a place in contemporary...and you what about your section??
(like I always say, sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand me)

good idea... but i'm easy, if it's a remix it's a remix... (wether it is rap, triphop, dnb or trance)

yep thats clear!!!! but for exemple, in XP i find some remix , so i move it to remix....so if you find some remixes in other genre dont hesitate to move it
between abstract hip-hop an trip-hop i think it is verry difficult sometimes...
i just judge on the feel of a track, but i think a lot of tracks could fit in both genres.
dub seems to be more easy.

ok soon i finish my contemporary re-classification..now i know all contemporary tracks!!!!!...after I do the same for experimental (pfff hard work...a lot of tracks) and what about you......????? dear moderators???
ps: you can do it easily if you listen +/- one tracks per days in, open a word doc, copy/paste the ref.(title,artist name, previous genre, moved genre)
one request: if you move one track to contemporary ; please send me a mess with the ref.(via PM or on this thread) it take me many time...THX
i cleaned up the top 50 of techno some time ago and i checked out notaurious users who post a lot of "techno". i'll continue this work when i have the time

actually now you have an 'easy' feature
click on PLAYLIST clear that playlist if it's not done then on ADD RANDOM SONGS then select the genres you wish (ex: the ones you moderate); then check the little box "select only songs i haven't heard"
the server will make a playlist with songs you normally haven't listened to yet.
once that playlist is compiled click on ::launch player:: and you're off.
now whilst listening, if you wish to moderate the song playing ... simply click on the song title ( not the part in the playlist, but where it shows the current title) and it will open a new window with ebel with the details of that track.
ithink it could be good that every mod checked out the FAQ to see if the answer to problems we encountered is allready given... if you notice something not covered yet, ask and answer the question yourself... just to get it more complete...
